Photographsof products are taken in natural light to provide the best image possible, howeverthe true colours of the stones and enamels in particular can be difficult tocatch on camera. Additionally different monitors/ devices can display coloursdifferently, so please bare this in mind.
CONTRACT
No contract will exist between you Campsodella for the sale of any product unlessand until Campsodella Handmade Jewellery has accepted your order with aconfirmation email and a full payment is taken from your credit/ debit card orvia PayPal. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legallybinding contract between us.
CampsodellaHandmade Jewellery reserves the right not to accept your order in the event authorisationfor payment is not obtained, if shipping restrictions apply to a particularitem, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards andis withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content.
Quotes for customand bespoke items are valid for 3 months. Dispatch times are calculated from paymentdate, not initial contact date
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason orrefuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not beliable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising fromnot accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way ofcompensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.
PAYMENT
The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website Campsodella.co.ukare in GBP (UK Pounds).
Deliverycharges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost.
Allcredit/debit card transactions on this site, Facebook and direct emails areprocessed using PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment gateway whichencrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Campsodella are notliable for any delay or non-delivery of purchases if the issuer of your paymentmethod refuses to authorise.

International Sales
Tax charges and/or handlingfees may be charged by customs on arrival at its destination country or ondelivery. These is payable by the buyer and are not the responsibility of CampsodellaHandmade Jewellery.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancelyour order, please inform us as soon as possible.
To cancel you mustnotify us by email atCampsodella@live.co.ukusing the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ within 14 days of placing your order. Please supply your order number and address.
If work has alreadystarted on your order (Commissions or bespoke items), you may be a charged forthis service, and the cost deducted from any refund due.
We aim to deal withany cancelations within 48 hours of notification
Orders that have already been shipped cannot becancelled. If a cancellation request is submitted after this point, you will beinformed of your rights to return and the timescales involved (please see Refunds and Exchanges)
SHIPPING Already made items will beposted within 5 days working days of payment.
Most items are made to order especially foryou. There is usually a 4 to 6 weeks lead time on these items
Estimated shipping times are listed on eachitem. If more than one item is purchased, your order will be shipped together andthe longest dispatch time used.
Custom pieces take anything from 6 to 12 weeksdepending on the complexity of the design and if assaying and Hallmarking isrequired. An estimated dispatch time will be given at the time of a quote.
Dispatch timesare calculated from payment date, not initial contact date.
All packages are sent with tracking.
Items are shipped to the address you provide during payment. If payingmy PayPal please check this address is your current address.
DELAYS IN TRANSPORT
Campsodella Handmade Jewellery uses Royal Mail for all shipping.
Occasionally items do get lost inthe post but more often they are just held up somewhere and do eventuallyarrive. ITEMS POSTED WITHIN THE UK: Please allow 10 days from the date of posting foryour item to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after this time please get in contactand I will either send out a replacement if possible or issue a refund. Please notify us by email atCampsodella@live.co.ukand supply your order number and address.
ITEMS POSTED OVERSEAS: Please allow 8 weeks from the date of posting for youritem to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after this time please get in contact andI will either send out a replacement if possible or issue a refund. DEFECTIVE ANDDAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with yourorder so any issues can be resolved ASAP.
If you shouldreceive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please ensureyou make contact within 14 days.
