Welcome to the Campsodella Handmade Jewellery Help Centre. Here you will find a compiled list of customers’ most frequently asked questions, available in one easy-to-access place. Check them out below - maybe you’ll have the same question that was on somebody else’s mind. Should you have any other issues that may have been missed, don’t hesitate to reach out. 

  • DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

    Commissions are welcome—anything from special anniversary gifts, full bridal party

    collections, or unique art pieces.

    If you have a specific design in mind or simply an idea or occasion, designs are worked up and

    made to suit your needs and budgets.

    Depending on your requirements, bespoke pieces can be made within 6 weeks. Complex

    designs and items which require Hallmarking can take longer. Please feel free to ask for more

    details or a quote with no obligation.

  • CAN YOU MAKE ME SOMETHING FROM A COIN I ALREADY HAVE?

    Campsodella Handmade Jewellery are honoured to be able to transform sentimental and

    valued coins into unique items for customers.

    Depending on the coin you have, advice will be given on its suitability to be made into a

    keepsake or item of jewellery.

    Please note Campsodellas' license from HM Treasury applies to British coins that are NOT current currency. This includes pre-decimal coins and those you are not able to spend.

  • DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT?

    Unfortunately not, however, there are Campsodella collections in selected galleries and boutiques throughout the year. Please ask for more details of where the collections are located.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Campsodella gladly accept returns and exchanges.

    Please contact as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order so that any issues can be resolved ASAP. 


    Please contact Campsodella within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in a useable condition. If there is evidence it has been worn or damaged through use, the amount refunded may be reduced to reflect this.


    Refunds are processed within 3 working days of return being received via the payment

    method originally used. The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective; we can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Earrings for pierced ears and nose studs (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • HOW LONG BEFORE MY ITEM IS DISPATCHED?

    Any ready-made item in the shop will be posted within 5 days working days. 


    Most items are made to order, especially for you. There is usually a 4 to 6 weeks lead time on

    these items. 


    Custom pieces take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and if assaying and Hallmarking is required.
